Terms and Conditions

The availability of local fruit and vegetable is directly dependent on its seasonality and the climate changes during the transition between season throughout the year.

During the warm season, some crops will suffer alteration in color and size. During this season and others, such as the rainy season, it is possible there may be harvesting interruptions. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation should there be any cancelations.

All imported produce availability is dependent on the border traffic.

Regardless of the day you wish to receive your order, we kindly request that it is placed the earliest possible so that we can coordinate with our suppliers accordingly.

Due to the high number of orders, we kindly ask for your cooperation, flexibility and patience regarding delivery times and product availability.

Deliveries take place between 1pm and 5pm, from Tuesday to Friday, following the most efficient route possible in order to minimize fuel costs and maximize the number of deliveries in the same area. Nonetheless, there may be delays in the delivery route due to unforeseen reasons, such as vehicle breakdown, delay by suppliers, bad weather, road blocks, congestion, demonstrations, among others.

In order to minimize our carbon footprint, Makamba reserves the right to not provide a printed receipt when delivering orders. You may always use the message you received with an indication of the amount to be paid as well as the list available on our website for prices.
